Polyurethane heat preservation tube is very popular because of its excellent performance, easy for construction and long lifetime. It consists of three parts: outside protective layer, heat preservation layer, and permeable-proof layer. The material of outside protective layer is polythene, glass steel or others. There are three laying methods: direct burial, overhead and trench.


Product advantages: 
 •  Excellent heat preservation; low thermal loss which is 25% of traditional tube; saving huge energy for long-term using. 
 •  Easy for construction; low synthetical cost; excellent corrosion-proof and shockproof. 
 •  Long lifetime, up to 30-50 years. 
 •  Much low installation expenses.


Scope of application:
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, city heat supply network, and city-planning construction, mainly for heat insulation of heat medium materials in pipeline and container. Its range of heat preservation is -70-160 but that of common PUF is -70-120.
