Polyurethane composite materials are used in cold storage of painting equipments and other facilities on demand of high heat insulation. It consists of polyhydric alcohol, foaming agent, catalyst, and other auxiliary agents according to most optimized proportion. It is directly used for foaming in place with the properties of good fluidity, even abscess, high strength, fine stability of low temperature dimension, and low thermal conductivity, etc.


Casting:
Composite materials (component A) and PAPT (component B) is mixed according to weight ratio (A: B=1:1), adopting mechanical agitation with time of 10-20s and speed of 400rpm. It should be immediately slaking in the casting mould after even agitation. It is best for mould temperature at 30-40 and environment temperature at 15-20 (Adding materials according to product density).


Packing and storage of composite polyether:
 Because of high moisture absorption, it must be fully airproofed when not in use for moisture proof. So it should be stored in dry, shade and ventilated rea with the best storage temperature of 15-20.
 In the transportation, it should be carefully examined to prevent barrel from knocking with other metals avoiding leak proof. Barrel cover can not be screwed at will to resist raw materials evaporating or absorbing moisture.
 Raw material is packed in galvanized iron barrel weighting 200kg, and the qualified certificate is stuck on top of the barrel.

Safety and Protection:
When using polyurethane composite materials, the operator must wear rubber gloves, goggles, protective suit, and the rubber gloves must be frequently replaced. The working environment must be well-ventilated, and the equipments must be checked periodically and kept clean. After operation, it must be cleaned up completely.
There is light-concentration accessory ingredient, e.g. activator, so the composite polyether has slight toxicity.
When touching with skins, it must be washed thoroughly with water. If there is still tingling sensation, the operator must be immediately sent to hospital for treatment.
When touching with eyes, it must be washed for at least 15 minutes with water, and then the operator must be immediately sent to hospital for treatment.


Burning and Danger:
Polyurethane composite materials will burn easily on fire like the majority of organic materials.
